The grapes came from our sustainable vineyards Red grapes are fed into a stemmer, and fall into a steel tank with temperature control. The fermentation is to 25 ºC, for 12 days. Then go to the vertical press, maintaining quality. Later the ageing take place in barrel for at least 15 months in American oak. Nose: Wine elegant with high intensity and complex aromatic. It has notes of vegetal reminiscent of red peppers, subtle aromatic herbs, and black fruit Appearance: Red high layer Palate: A wide range of fruit, vegetable like aromatic herbs and peppery, spicy flavors appears in the mouth
