Description
The grapes came from our sustainable vineyards with more than 50 years Red grapes are fed into a stemmer, and fall into a steel tank. Fermentation is at 25ºC for 12 days. Then the skins of the grapes go to the vertical press, maintaining quality. Later it undergoes malolactic in concrete tank. The ageing takes place in casks for at least 16 months in French oak. Nose: It has chocolate, butter, fennel, tobacco, and traces of balsamic and hints of black fruit aromas. An elegant wine with high intensity and aromatic complexity. Palate: It is a elegant, round, unctuous, and balanced wine.
