Description
Just behind the Cistercian monastery of San Clodio, on the left bank of the Avia river, in a shaded spot facing north, we have a vineyard planted exclusively with Treixadura, whose ripening, given the characteristics of the vineyards, is more prolonged and as a result develops aromas of greater finesse. The wine has a more citric style which combines perfectly with the creaminess that comes from its ageing in French oak.
