Apolinar's Dream 2020

Wine from 1 plot with a plateau surrounded by terraces with Sustainable Cultivation, located in the area called "Apolinar" in Lapuebla at an altitude between 550 and 600 m. The soil is calcareous clay on the terraces, while pebbles appear on the plateau. After passing through the selection table, it is destemmed.Ferments stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in cement tank. It then spends 13 months in 100% French oak barrels. The fruit is ripe, more abundant on the palate than on the nose. It is a wine with a lot of character, dense, fruity sensations and an exquisite acidity.
