Musco Viñas Viejas 2019

Musco represents the terroir of our oldest vineyard in Laguardia. After manual harvest, we conduct fermentation in small stainless steel vats and we age the wine in new French and American oak barrels during 13 months. The result is a complex, modern style Rioja, of intense cherry red colour and aromas of ripe, red and black, fruits in compote. A balsamic and spicy touch stands out. The palate is elegant and intense. Rounded, expressive, mineral and with notes of black fruit again, together with a background of coffee, vanilla, black pepper, vanilla, nutmeg...
