After a 3-day maceration, the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. “Delestage” at the middle of the process to enhance the extraction of colouring compounds. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel tanks. The wine ages during 14 months in French and American new oak barrels. This wine is the best expression of our terroir. An author wine produced only with selected plots from our vineyards. Very expressive, elegant red garnet colour, Red fruits aromas with a mineral background.
