Maestro de Durón Roble 2022

After a 3-day pre-fermenting maceration, fermentation is carried out in steel tanks, under controlled temperature and applying soft pump-overs. Aged 4 months in American oak barrels. Violet intense colour with blueish reflections. Crispy red fruits aromas (strawberry, raspberry) denoting its youth. An elegant, subtle oak touch shows up at the end. A perfect wine for tapas, cheeses and cold cuts.
