Ramón Bilbao Edición Limitada Verdejo Lías 2020

The wine is 100% Verdejo from the Finca Las Amedias estate (planted in 1999). Grapes were hand-picked and maceration of the grapes took place prior to fermentation for 10 hours at 6º C in an inert atmosphere. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 16º C in concrete tanks. The wines was racked to barrels with the lees, where once-weekly batonnage occured. The wine then spent 8 months ageing in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.
