Description
This is our village wine from San Lorenzo del Bierzo with North, West and East-facing vineyards that produce a wine that speaks of the place where it comes from, not from a plot, but from the accumulation of several plots within the same village under our gaze.The soils are rich in quarz and slate, with the vineyards at 700 m asl. Fermented in clay amphoraes with minimal intervention.
