Poco a Poco Envejecido (oaked) 2021

SIGHT: an intense cherry red color, with violet hues. Clean and bright, with a broad layer and abundant tears. NOSE: Mineral aromas, tobacco, spices, smoked, liquorice, black fruit predominate. MOUTH: a silky, enveloping entry, with soft, friendly and tasty tannins. It is structured and with good persistence. It should be served at a temperature between 15º and 16ºC with red meat, cured sheep cheeses.
