Description
Vibrant straw colour. Floral, fresh tropical fruit aromatics. Opulence in mouth balanced by bright acidity. Traditional dry farmed viticulture, at 850m altitude (2.5 t/Ha). Practicing organic gobelet (vaso) trained vines. Cultivated completely by hand, with minimal human intervention. The majority of the vines receive no treatments whatsoever.
