Description
After the temperature controlled fermentation, this wine was kept for fifteen months mainly in new French oak barrels but also in American oak barrels. After the bottling process, the wine rests for 10 months. Intense, fresh red-berry fruit aromas with spicy nuances which mingle with the subtle underlying mineral base. Supple and meaty on the palate with reminders of plums, cedar and balsamic undertones.
