Prado Rey Blanco 2020

The grapes are harvested at night and fermented in a combination of concrete and stainless steel. Ageing is 5 months in concrete and 5 months in barrel producing a well-rounded clean white with touches of stone fruit and vanilla balanced with a palate cleansing acidity and a good lingering finish.
