Ecovino-Gran Oro Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas, long maceration begins with fine lees. Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, kiwi, mix of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit. Aromas of green fruit and herbal touches that give way to a certain mineral character. Fresh and powerful on the palate, which enhances the citrus and mineral flavours. Pleasant acidity contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to the creaminess that yields the Garnacha Blanca.
