The signature wine. The most demanding selection of the best grapes from the best vineyards, over 50 years old. Malolactic fermentation in new American oak barrels to maintain all colour and structure. Free elaboration without following any Rioja aging criteria. Normally approximately 14 months in new American barrels and bottle for more than a year. Red tones-violet, bright and full. Aromas of fleshy and ripe fruit, together with the aroma of new wood, vanilla, coconut and generous smells of spices. The palate is generous, marked by a fleshy, with red fruit flavours and roasted nuances.
