Manual harvest during September and October 2019 using 250kg boxes. Maceration, alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 25.000 litres. 3 months in 225 litres French oak barrels. Medium structure with a pleasant mid palate, with balanced acidity, juicy and slightly spiced fruity finish. Perfect for all kinds of tapas, Spanish ham, medium maturation cheeses and grilled meats.
