Marqués de Vitoria Crianza 2019

Ruby red colour with garnet evolution. Medium depth. Very good intensity. First notes: sweet aromas from the barrel and its toasted notes, toffee, pastries. They are complemented by notes of ripe fruit, red fruits, prunes and cinnamon. Taste is pleasant with a good structure. Round tannin and balanced acidity. Notes of dried fruits. Long aftertaste. Reminiscences of dried fruits and toast remain. Pairs well with any kind of meat, mushroom risotto, oily fish such as tuna or cod and medium-aged cheeses such as emmental or gruyere.
