Clean, bright. Medium-high depth. Cherry red with purple reflections on the rims. Intense, balanced, pleasant. Aromas of berries (blueberries, blackberries) and sweet notes of toast from the barrel, very well integrated. Tasty, with character. The acidity is very well maintained. The fruit and the toast from the barrel are balanced, both are perfectly perceived. Long aftertaste, with hints of fruit and toast from the oak. Pairs well with poultry kebab, lamb kebab, mild or semi-cured cheeses, stewed pulses or vegetables, fish stews, cod with tomato, risottos with mushrooms and cheeses.
