Made from Garnacha grapes harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed. The Garnacha is fermented separately from the rest of the wine in ovoid vats and stainless steel tanks. After completing the maceration and malolactic fermentation, part of the wine is transferred to American and French oak barrels where it remains for 4-5 months to acquire greater complexity, structure and aromas. It is then clarified and filtered and bottled after a stabilisation process.
Storage conditions: place with constant temperature between 8º and 15º.
