Las Margas Vidadillo 2021

Winemaker's notes: Raspberry colour, nose of good intensity highlighting ripe red fruits, dried flowers, undergrowth. A very complex and expressive wine from the Vidadillo grape variety, smooth on the palate with refreshing acidity and hints of fresher red fruit. Long and deep in the mouth.

Service: Serve at 8-10ºC. A perfect ally for different appetizers, pasta with various sauces, ham and burritos. You can also enjoy it with dishes such as heura with curry, a delicious aubergine stuffed with soya or smoked salmon toast with avocado.
