Winemaker's notes: On the nose, white pulp fruits, lime, mango, together with mountain herbs such as thyme and fennel give it a great complexity. Smooth, enveloping, with weight. It offers a fruity explosion with a lively acidity and mineral touches. A very gastronomic wine.
Service suggestions: Serve at 7-9ºC. A perfect partner for couscous with curried vegetables, salmon tartare with avocado or vegetable aubergine moussaka.
