This wine has been made under the strict guidance of the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production). The wine has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, in order to maintain the varietal presence and freshness. Once fermentation, racking try to keep the lees to help us for 2 months to make battonages for more complexity. Fresh fruit, with touches of ripe fruit mixed with nuts and dried fruit. It is fresh and light, with a remarkable southern character.
