100% Chardonnay. Grapes are sourced from vineyards located in Manzanares. Exhaustive grape selection. Fermentation was done at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic conversion is avoided since the aim is to maintain a high level of crisp acidity. After the fermentation, this wine undergoes a short maturation process of 3 months in new French oak barrels in order to increase its complexity and finesse.
