Sourced from the headlands of plots located in Samaniego, Laguardia, Leza and Ábalos, planted between 1949 and 1993. Fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperature control at 16ºC. Aged for 5 Months on lees. Production: 13,950 bottles. Medium intensity lemon colour. Suggestive aromas of orange peel, lemon, dried apricots and peach, on a subtle background of oak, vanilla and butter. Extraordinary acidity, full-bodied, creamy and delicious texture together with notes of citrus and stone fruit wrapped in sweet spices, nuts and honey. Pleasant and persistent finish.
