Our unique, high altitude terroir driven white wine, made from 100% Gewürztraminer. An exuberant nose of tropical fruit and a floral bouquet. The wine is fermented in tank and undergoes 4 months ageing with the lees, producing a structured, fresh and delicious mouthfeel. Perfect to enjoy on its own or with salads, shellfish, barbeques and thai food.
