Description
Our single plot Syrah called Cerro de Lobo (hill of the wolf) is a homage to the female wolf who is raising her young on the estate, a great example of our isolated location and the biodiversity of the area. This 100% Syrah spends 1 year in French oak barrels and shows beautiful balance. On the nose there are notes of violets, tobacco leaves and black olives whilst the palate is refined and elegant with good grip. Showing freshness and acidity typical of the high altitude.
