Description
A fresh, fruit driven wine made with 100% Tempranillo, with an intense bouquet and well balanced palate. The grapes are hand selected from our plots at 992 metres above sea level and grown organically. They undergo a 10 day skin maceration before fermentation in INOX followed by 7 months ageing in medium toast oak barrels (70% French Allier and 30% American). The wine shows cherry red with violet rims and is medium bodied, very fresh with a long mouth feel.
