Description
It is made from old vineyards that are more than 80 years old , the production per plant is very low but has great quality. The plots that are going to be part of this wine are carefully analyzed and tasted and harvested manually at their best moment in 15 kg boxes. All the grapes go through a selection table to remove leaves or any cluster that is not quite ripe and is destemmed without crushing. The aging takes place in 225-litre barrels for at least 20 months in 100% French oak, most of them new.
