Description
Cold pre-fermentation maceration of the grapes for 2 to 4 hours, to promote the extraction of the monovarietal potential to the maximum. Aged on lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
30 year old vines, grown in granitic soil in a Mediterranean/ Atlantic climate.
