Palacio Quemado Reserva 2018

This wine has been made primarily from Tempranillo grapes from our oldest vineyards, along with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, both coming from plots with clayey soils with high percentage of limestone rocks. After fermenting separately in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for 18 months in second-use American and French oak 225 l barrels. Afterwards, the wine stays additional time in the bottle to refine. Ample and well balanced on the palate, round and creamy tannins with an extra note of ripe red fruit and elegant oak.
