Description
This wine comes from the the neighboring region of Alentejo, where the soil is predominantly schist, giving a lot of crisp and verticality to the white wines. The two varieties ferment separately in stainless steel tanks to subsequently spend 4 months on their fine lees with monthly battonage, before being bottled. Fruity and floral, with white blossom, tropical fruit .Zesty and aromatic entry. Medium acidity, light body. Aromas of lime, grapefruit and lemon zest over a background of honeysuckle and pineapple.
