Description
The name La Zarcita comes from the stream that runs through the vineyard, passing through different plots with different types of soil and grape varieties. Syrah ferments separately, while Garnacha Tintorera and Touriga Nacional co-ferment spontaneously with natural yeasts in concrete and stainless steel tanks. 25% of the wine is aged in concrete tanks and the rest in 5000L oak foudres for 8 months.. A wine that reflects the pure character of the estate. A surprising wine full of fruity and flowery notes. Vibrant acidity, well balanced, long and light spicy finish.
