Description
Produced from Merlot, Garnacha and Syrah varieties. Aladelta shows a Black-bluish color, with cherry red reflections. On the nose it presents pleasant notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry). With an intense and juvenile fleshiness, as it aireates, it obtains more creaminess and structure, resulting in a persistent and voluminous wine. Aging of 4 months in American and European aok barrels. The influence that the sun and the Mediterranean sea exert allows the Penedes to be a privileged area for the cultivation of grapevines.
