Description
Wine of the estate (Vi de Finca) is the highest recognition that a wine can receive. This qualification guarantees that the wine has been made with grapes cultivated in the same vineyard -ours, of over 35 years of age-, with special quality characteristics of soil and climate, and having a unique personality. In the case of the Abadal 3.9, it is one the oldest plots of land of the Abadal estate, a plot of land with clayey substratum mixed with river pebble stones. It gets its name from zone 3, plot 9. Aged 12 months in new oak barrels to elevate the wine.
