Description
Violet and red berry aromas with hints of cocoa and brown spices. Gentle but firm tannins and lightly toasty notes from time spent in oak are balanced by the dark cherry and bramble fruit, vibrant acidity and pleasing minerality. Whilst retaining the freshness, vibrancy and minerality of the Mencia grape from this region, this is a real 'step up' in terms of complexity and character.
