Winemaker's notes: On the nose, white pulp fruits, lime, mango, together with mountain herbs such as thyme and fennel give it a great complexity. Smooth, enveloping, with weight. It offers a fruity explosion with a lively acidity and mineral touches. A very gastronomic wine.
Service suggestions: Serve at 7-9ºC. A perfect partner for couscous with curried vegetables, salmon tartare with avocado or vegetable aubergine moussaka. Grilled white meats create an excellent combination with this energetic Garnacha blanca. Taste it to discover the most authentic profiles of pleasure.
