Campo Viejo Cava Brut

Pale-yellow with light golden hues; clean and bright. The bubbles, obtained by the second fermentation in the bottle, are fine and persistent. Expressive and elegant nose with pleasant fruit aromas with yeasty hints that remind of brioche bun. Aged for 9 months on the lees make it round and delightful on the palate, with a hint of balanced sweetness and a final reminiscence of apples. Balanced and harmonious, fresh and with a persistent finish.
