Description
Vins El Cep are a leading organic winery in the Spanish region of Penedes. This is a single vineyard, biodynamic Xarel-lo bottle fermented in the ancestral style. A lovely vibrant pet nat, with lipsmacking lemon, white peach and orange oil notes with hints of fresh pastry. Effervescent, clean mousse – irresistible, but only very limited production.
