Bodega la Ermita Toro 2018
Description
It comes from old, balanced and low production vineyards on sandy soils with a lot of stone in the provinces of Zamora and Valladolid. Cherry color with high layer, a deep wine with a lot of structure can be predicted. On the nose, fresh black fruit predominates, blueberries and blackberries almost in jam, they combine very well with toasted and sweet notes from the barrel such as toffee and vanilla. On the palate it shows generous and balanced with sweet tannins, leaving its flavor persisting for a long time. Fantastic to accompany consistent dishes or even by the glass.
