From selected vineyards in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa, areas with low production and low footing. Dark cherry red and slow tears. On the nose it is very intense with a multitude of nuances of red and black fruit with clean notes of vanilla and cedar wood, well combined with spicy and herbal tones. On the palate it is expressive and fresh with a pleasant entry in the mouth and a pronounced and persistent aftertaste. Balanced with friendly tannins. Due to its freshness and structure, it is ideal to accompany cured meats and cheeses. It also goes great with lamb or pork chops.
