Velo Flor Manzanilla

Velo Flor is a Manzanilla that has been aged for significantly longer than the norm (9-10 years). This means that it starts to undergo oxidative aging before it is eventually bottled, leading to a rich, golden colour and intense aromas of cider apple, butterscotch, blanched almond and salted caramel. In the mouth, it has a rich, rounded smoothness, with the fragrance of golden apples being cellared over the winter, and a slightly gamey, charcuterie element. Long, silky and lovely, with much more power and concentration than typical Manzanilla.
