Shukhrat Khakimov & Viticultores is a young project of wine professionals who gather together in order to create a special wine: natural, organic, biodynamic, without sulfites. We harvest mostly autochthonous varieties and run all processes manually. Our wines are created by nature as a reflection of a new generation, free from prejudice, full of energy and connected with the natural world, without losing touch with the traditions of their ancestors.
