Viñas del Cámbrico

Viñas del Cámbrico is based in one of Spain’s most recently granted DOs, Sierra de Salamanca, located at the southern end of Castilla y León. Since the first vintage in 2003, local businessman Fernando Maillo has been making wines from the local Rufete and Rufete Blanca grapes, grown on old vines which are planted on granite and slate soil terraces. Viñas del Cámbrico produce stellar examples of authentic, handcrafted wines, true to their region of origin and a unique addition to the viticultural landscape of modern Spain.
