Rovellats

Rovellats is arguably the most historic and beloved traditional cava producer in Catalonia only now opening its cellar doors to export markets. Family owned since generations now run by charsismatic Josep Cardona.

This deeply rooted, proud producer believes in the virtues of the original Cava varietals Macabeu, Parellada, and Xarello rather than resorting to blends with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Subirat that dominate many of the commercial Cavas.
