Bodegas Prado Rey

Located on the Royal site of Ventosilla towards the Eastern side of the Ribera del Duero and at an altitude of over 600m. In addition to the 520 hectares of vineyards, this 3000 hectare estate also contains a hydroelectric dam, a herd of Frisan cows and Churra sheep which provide milk for the dairy.

The vineyards are split across 8 sites with very different aspect and soil allowing the winery to produce a varied range of styles. Since the first vintages in 1996, the winery has expanded its portolio, increasing production of white wines and including some use of concrete tanks.
