Palacio Quemado is small family-owned business dedicated to produce artisan single estate wines and plot wines. Located in Extremadura, DO Ribera del Guadiana, in south-western Spain, near to the Portuguese border. A state of 92 Has. where, mainly Spanish and Portuguese grapes coexist in perfect harmony, resulting a quite unique and exclusive wine concept: Vinos de la Raya (Wines from the Edge). Founded in 1999 by the Alvear family and the Losada Serra family with the common dream of producing terroir wines under two principles: Sustainable farming and minimun intervention in the winemaking.
