Husband and wife team Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque have become the leading producer of Albariño in Rias Baixas and are widely recognised as one of Spain’s finest producers. They have won international acclaim for their mineral-driven Albariños from their vineyards close to the Atlantic and for the fantastic ageing potential of these wines. Marisol became a member of the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino in 2018 for her ongoing dedication and contribution to the Spanish wine industry.
